to the history of Hocking County's Washington Township, one of the most
sparsely-populated yet strikingly historic townships of the county. Located in the southern portion of the county, Washington Township includes some of the most beautiful scenic sights of the area. Shops also have returned to the area, mainly catering to visiting tourists. We are always looking for more information on our township and the villages within it (past or present).
