Thank you for choosing Pennsylvania Truck Lines, a leader in dependable over-the-road transportation.  To give you a better idea about our company, please read the following:

Pennsylvania Truck Lines is a regional business catering mostly to the East Coast and nearby states such as Ohio, West Virginia, Michigan, and Indiana.  Founded in 1931, by Edward Holbrock as Holbrock Van Lines (Mr. Holbrock sold off his share of the Company in 1974, and later died in 1980 at the age of 69), we were acquired by the Pennsylvania Railroad in 1955 and renamed Pennsylvania Trucking.  Today, still a Pennco Corp. subsidiary, we specialize in perishable and critical merchandise shipping, through a regional network of truck terminals mainly in Pennsylvania.  Our headquarters were originally located at 6 Penn Center Plaza, the same location as Pennco Corporation, but we relocated 10 years ago to Pittsburgh, Pa.  Lead by CEO Harold Billings, Penn. Truck Lines brings innovative ideas to the industry and is ready to serve you for all your transportation needs.  Since we have close ties with Penn Central Transportation Company (a Pennco company), we are able to offer the best service available and at an affordable price.  We can pick up containers at their ports and deliver them straight to you.  Need freight tomorrow morning?  Call us, Pennsylvania Truck Lines, at (800)PA-TRUCK, tell us what you need, and we'll give you a quote and have it there by 11:00 a.m. the next day.
