• Third-annual HVRail Club Meeting -
  
       The third-annual HVRail Club meeting will take place on Sunday, May 30th.  Members will have the opportunity to display their Hocking Valley (and affiliated companies) memorabilia during the meeting.  The major goal of the event is to allow members to finally put a face with the name.  Please check back here for more information as it becomes available or, preferrably, join the HVRail E-mail List.  All members of the HVRail E-mail List are invited to attend!
  
       All attendees should meet at the HVSR Kitchen Car (HVSR K-200) that will be located on the Team Track at the Nelsonville depot.  Meeting time will officially start at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday.  Also, if you will be riding the HVSR on Saturday, please meet at the Nelsonville depot at 11:00 a.m.
  
  

• C&O Historical Society Conference -
  
       The C&O Historical Society conference returns to Ohio!  The C&OHS will be holding their conference in Lancaster, Ohio, between Wednesday, July 14th through Sunday, July 18th.  Activities, per C&OHS flyer, include a bus trip to the Murray City and Athens (presumably, B&O) depots, as well as a trip to the Hocking Valley Scenic Railway for a ride on Thursday.  For more information, check out the C&OHS website.
