Notes:

  1. Original Hocking Valley Class A-1 steam locomotive on lease from City of Columbus, Ohio.  Assigned exclusively to business and excursion train service.
  2. Rebuilt by HVR with updated electrical and mechanical components.  Horsepower rated at 1700.  Assigned to yard, local, and work train service.
  3. Assigned exclusively to business and excursion train service.
  4. Sold to and leased from American Financial & Lease Corporation (AFLX) in 1999 for a fifteen-year renewable term.
  5. GP30’s and GP35’s rebuilt with GP40 motors and “Dash 2” electrical components.  Original carbody retained following rebuild program.
  6. Former Erie System locomotives purchased from Penn Central Transportation.
  7. Leased from American Financial & Lease Corporation (AFLX) in 1999 for a ten-year renewable term.
  8. Two locomotives (702-703) on lease to Logan Southern Rail System until 2005.
  9. On permanent lease from Pittsburgh & Lake Erie Railway Company, LLC (PLE).
  10. Renumbered from PLE Nos. 1534-1573 in 1992.
  11. Renumbered from PLE Nos. 1574-1598 in 1992.
  12. Renumbered from PLE Nos. 1500-1501 in 1992.
  13. Renumbered from PLE Nos. 2051-2060 in 1992.
  14. Rebuilt with updated electronics and mechanical components.
